“罗兴伽”的污名化——缅甸“罗兴伽”问题的文化过程

The Stigmatization of “Rohingya”:The Cultural Process of Myanmar's “Rohingya” Issue

缅甸"罗兴伽"问题自2012年爆发以来愈演愈烈,2017年甚至升级到"恐怖袭击"和"种族清洗"的层面。目前,针对缅甸"罗兴伽"问题的解读,学界主要侧重于引发冲突的历史结构因素以及缅甸方面对"罗兴伽"人的"迫害性"行动。但是,在结构与行动之间还存在着关键的文化解读过程。通过长期的田野观察及相关文献资料的分析,发现缅甸人对"罗兴伽"人的文化解读即污名化过程是造成"罗兴伽"人与缅甸人的历史结构矛盾转变为缅甸人反对"罗兴伽"的社会行动的关键性过程。

Myanmar＇s＂Rohingya＂issue has been intensifying since its outbreak in 2012 and even upgraded to＂terrorist attacks＂and ＂ethnic cleansing＂in 2017. Most of the academic works mainly focus on the historical structure factors that triggered the conflict and the ＂persecution＂action on the ＂Rohingya＂in Myanmar. This paper argues that there is a key cultural interpretation process between structure factors and social action. Through long-term field observation and relevant literature analysis,it is found that Myanmar＇s cultural interpretation of＂Rohingya＂,i.e. the stigmatization process,is the crucial process that led to the transformation of the historical structure contradictions between the ＂Rohingya＂and the Myanmar people into the social action against the ＂Rohingya＂by Myanmar people.
