“一带一路”沿线国家金融生态环境、经济增长耦合集聚效应分析

Analysis of Coupling and Agglomeration Effect of National Financial Ecological Environment and Economic Growth along “The Belt and Road”

良好的金融生态环境是促进经济增长的基础，金融生态环境与经济增长的耦合协调发展是实现国家可持续发展的条件和动力。合理构建评价指标体系，运用空间计量分析方法，刻画2005—2014年“一带一路”沿线国家金融生态环境与经济增长耦合协调度的Moran’I指数散点图，遵循“国家一区域”相结合的分析思路，深度考量耦合协调度的空间关联性。研究显示，“一带一路”沿线国家金融生态环境与经济增长整体呈现协调演进态势，但协调程度不高，二者耦合协调度呈现明显的区域差异性，具有高、低值集聚的特点。

A sound financial ecological environment is the foundation of economic growth. The coupling and coordination between the financial ecological environment and economic growth is the condition and impetus for a country＇ s sustainable development. Following the thinking of ＂eountry and region＂ eombinative analysis and considering profoundly the spatial eorrelation of coupling and coordination, the paper constructs a reasonable evaluation system and applies the method of spatial econometrics. By using the Moran ＇ I index scatter plot of the coupling and coordination degree, it describes the national financial ecological environment and economic growth along ＂The Belt and Road＂ from 2005 to 2014. The research demonstrates that the overall financial ecological environment and economic growth along ＂The Belt and Road＂ presents a coordinated evolution trend, but the coordination degree is not high, and both coupling and coordination degree shows obvious regional differences with clustering characteristics of high and low values.
