摘要
鼠笼式三相交流异步电机采用斜槽方式,斜定子或者转子,可削弱齿谐波、减小转矩脉动,从而减小振动和噪音。借助有限元软件EasiMotor的场路耦合模型,快速建立电机时域仿真模型,采用分段斜槽技术对二维有限元斜槽特性进行分析,计算不同斜槽度的转矩脉动,对比分析找到最佳斜槽度,该方法对三相异步电机设计及开发提供较大帮助。
Squirrel-cage three-phase AC asynchronous motor generally adopts skewed-slots,such as the stator slot or the rotor slot, which could weaken the harmonic of the tooth harmonic and reduce torque ripple for the reduction of vibration and noise. By field-circuit coupling model of FEM software EasiMotor,it can quickly establish the motor time-stepping simulation model, analyze two dimensional finite element skewed-slots characteristics by segmented skewed-slots technology,calculate the torque ripple of different skewed-slots angle and get the best one through comparative analysis.This method is useful for three-phase asynchronous motor design and development.
