临床护理路径对喘息性支气管炎患儿治疗效果、家属知识掌握度和护理满意度的影响

Effect of clinical nursing path on treatment effect,knowledge mastery degree and nursing satisfaction of children with asthmatic bronchitis

目的:研究临床护理路径对喘息性支气管炎患儿治疗效果、家属知识掌握度和护理满意度的影响。方法:回顾性分析112例喘息性支气管炎患儿的临床资料,将患者按照入院时间先后顺序分成两组(每组56例)。2015年1月至12月入院患者设为对照组,采用常规护理模式;2016年1月至12月入院患者设为观察组,此组患者在对照组的基础上加用临床护理路径模式。比较两组患儿临床疗效、家属知识掌握度以及护理满意度。结果:观察组患者治疗有效率高于对照组[94.64%vs.80.36%](P<0.05);观察组患者临床症状缓解时间以及体征缓解时间少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度评分结果以及家属健康知识掌握度水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径能提高喘息性支气管炎患儿的临床疗效、家属健康知识掌握度以及护理满意度,促进患儿康复,值得临床推广。

Objective： To investigate effect of clinical nursing path on treatment effect,knowledge mastery degree and nursing satisfaction of children with asthmatic bronchitis. Methods： The clinical data of 112 children with asthmatic bronchitis were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into two groups according to different hospital admission times（ 56 cases in each group）. The patients were treated from January 2015 to December 2015 as the control group and given the routine nursing mode. The patients were treated from January 2016 to December 2016 as the observation group and given clinical nursing pathway model on the basis of the control group. The clinical curative effect,family knowledge and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared. Results： The clinical efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group [（ 94. 64%） vs.（ 80. 36%） ]（ P〈0. 05）. The remission time of clinical symptoms and remission time of signs in the observation group were significantly less than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The mastery of knowledge score and nursing satisfaction of family members in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The clinical nursing pathway can improve the clinical curative effect,knowledge mastery degree and nursing satisfaction,and promote the rehabilitation of the children. It is worthy of clinical use.
