优质护理服务对改善妇科腹腔镜手术患者焦虑、抑郁情绪及术后疼痛的影响

Effect of quality nursing service on anxiety,aepression and postoperative pain in patients with gynecologic laparoscopic surgery

目的:研究优质护理服务在改善妇科腹腔镜手术患者焦虑、抑郁情绪及术后疼痛的应用效果。方法:选择80例腹腔镜手术患者作为研究对象,根据入院时间将所有患者分为对照组和研究组,每组各40例。对照组应用常规护理干预,研究组实施优质护理干预,比较分析两组患者护理前、后的焦虑、抑郁情绪,术后疼痛程度及依从性变化情况。结果:实施干预后,两组SDS评分和SAS评分均比护理干预前下降,但观察组下降更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,研究组在不同时间段的VAS评分相比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后研究组患者依从性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理干预措施能够有效改善妇科腹腔镜手术患者的不良心理状态,减轻疼痛,提高患者生活质量及依从性,值得临床推广。

Objective： To study the effect of quality nursing services in improving anxiety,depression and postoperative pain in patients with gynecologic laparoscopic surgery. Methods： 80 cases of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery were enrolled. All patients were divided into control group and study group according to the time of admission treatment,each group of 40 cases. The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group implemented high quality nursing intervention. The changes in anxiety,depression,postoperative pain and compliance were compared between the two groups before and after care. Results： After the intervention,the scores of SDS and SAS were lower,and the decline of the observation group was more obvious,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group at different time points,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The adherence of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Quality nursing intervention can effectively improve the poor mental state of the gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients,reduce pain,improve patient quality of life and compliance,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
