基于理想值修正法的长春高新技术产业开发区土地集约利用动态评价研究

Research on Dynamic Evaluation of Intensive Land Use in Changchun High-tech Industrial Development Zone Based on Ideal Value Amendment Method

以长春高新技术产业开发区为评价对象,在2009~2017年经济数据、土地利用数据、空间数据的基础上,构建了土地集约利用评价体系,计算了各类评价指标现状值以及开发区各年度土地利用实现度分值和集约度分值。结果表明:开发区在这一时段内的发展动态情况,并通过比较各类评价指标实现度分值,找出高新开发区土地集约利用中存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策建议。

This paper took Changchun High-tech Industrial Development Zone as the evaluated object,established the evaluation system of intensive land use according to the economic data,land use data and spatial data of this zone from 2009 to 2017,and calculated the current value of various evaluation indexes as well as the realized degree score and intensity score of land use in every year in this zone.Through the evaluation analysis,we knew the dynamic developmental situations of intensive land use in Changchun High-tech Industrial Development Zone during 2009 ～ 2017.By comparing the realized degree score of different evaluation indexes,the author found out the existing problems in the intensive land use in the researched zone,and put forward several corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
