摘要
基于组织支持视角,采用问卷调查数据实证考察身份认同、情感承诺与新生代农民工离职意愿之间的关系及作用机理。结构方程模型检验结果表明:组织支持感对新生代农民工情感承诺具有显著的正向影响,对其离职意愿则具有显著的负向影响;身份认同在组织支持感与新生代农民工情感承诺及离职意愿之间均具有完全中介效应。研究结论揭示了组织支持感影响新生代农民工务工心理的内在机理及新生代农民工频繁跳槽的潜在动因。
Based on the questionnaire survey data, this paper makes an empirical study- of the correlation of the identity-, emotional eonmlitment and turnover intention of the new generation migrant workers from the rural areas in the perspective of the organizational support. The study shows the perceived organization supporthas a significant positive impact on the emotional eommitmentof the new generation migrant workers from the rural areas and a significant negative impact on their turnover intentions. Identity- has a complete mesomerie effect between the organizational support and theemotional commitment and turnover intentionof the new generation migrant workers from the rural areas. The research findings reveal the internal mechanism that the perceived organization support influences the psychology- of the migrant workers from the rural areas and their potential motives for frequent job-hopping, which adds to the literature related to the organizational support and identity.
