补肾祛瘀法分期治疗子宫内膜异位症性不孕症疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect Observation on Treatment of Endometriosis Infertility by Tonifying Kidney and Removing Stasis

目的:观察补肾祛瘀法分期治疗子宫内膜异位症性不孕症的临床疗效。方法:选取62例子宫内膜异位症性不孕症患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组各31例。对照组接受常规诊疗措施,观察组实施补肾祛瘀法分期疗法,比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组均未出现严重用药不良反应,观察组临床总有效率为80.65%,对照组为58.06%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访3年,观察组妊娠率为43.33%,明显高于对照组16.13%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾祛瘀法分期治疗子宫内膜异位症性不孕症,临床效果较好,可有效增加患者受孕率,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the kidney and dispelling stasis method in installment in the treatment of endometriosis clinical curative effect of infertility. Methods Selected 62 cases of ectopic intrauterine membrane infertility patients, including control group patients received conventional diagnosis and treatment measures, observation group implementation of kidney and dispelling stasis meth- od in installment therapy, compared two groups of patients with actual therapeutic effect. Results Two groups of patients were not se- vere drug adverse reactions, clinical observation group total effective rate was 80. 65%, the control group was 58.06%, two groups of clinical curative effect of patients with obvious difference （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; Three years of follow - up, the observation group of patients with pregnancy rate was 40. 63%, significantly higher than that of control group （ 16. 13% ）, the differences between the two groups signifi- cantly （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Kidney and dispelling stasis method in treatment of endometriosis infertility in stages, clinical effect is precise, patients can effectively increase the conception rate, worth clinical promotion.
