目的:观察中西医结合治疗难治性胃溃疡的临床效果。方法:选取难治性胃溃疡患者42例,随机分为观察组和对照组各21例,对照组应用质子泵抑制剂四联序贯疗法,观察组在对照组基础上加用中药口服,对比两组的总有效率、症候积分等。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的71.43%,且治疗10 d后的腹胀、嗳气、反酸、纳呆症候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗10d后的贫血状况较对照组更轻,且随访6个月的复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论:中药联合质子泵抑制剂四联序贯疗法治疗难治性胃溃疡疗效显著,能够有效缓解患者的不适症状,值得推广应用。
