目前,我国民用建筑中BIM技术的使用还处于初级阶段,因此,对BIM技术的使用经验并不丰富。论文对BIM技术的优势以及其在民用建筑中的应用进行分析,并提出了在应用过程中得到的一些启示,以期能够促进BIM技术的完善以及在我国的推广。

At present, the application of BIM technology in civil architecture is still in initial stage, and the experience of using BIM technology is not abundant.
