摘要
LNG储罐作为液化天然气的核心存储容器,其技术发展日新月异。继传统的单容罐、双容罐和全容罐之后,又涌现了多种建造材料和结构形式不同的新型储罐。论文对不同类型的新型储罐从结构形式和施工建造技术等角度进行了分析研究。通过与传统的LNG储罐建造技术比较可见,新技术可以在罐容增大和降低材料成本等方面取得较大的突破,并且降低对传统储罐中进口材料的依赖。因此,新型储罐技术的开发与应用可以不断推动我国LNG产业技术的发展和进步。
LNG storage tank is a core storage container for liquefied natural gas, and its technology is developing rapidly. Following the traditional single pot, double capacity and total capacity tank, a variety of new types of storage tanks have emerged. In this paper, the structure and construction technology of different types of new storage tanks are analyzed and discussed. By comparing with the traditional technique of LNG storage tank, the new technology can increase in tank capacity and reduce the cost of materials, and reduces the dependence on imported materials in traditional storage tank. Therefore, the development and application of new storage tank technology can continuously promote the development and progress of LNG industry technology in China.
