Rational Application of Engineering Audit in Project Cost Control

近年来,我国国民经济得到了飞速的发展,建筑行业的整体水平也有了很大的提升,市场的竞争压力也逐渐增加。企业为了提高自身竞争力,保证建设工程的质量,需要加强工程造价管理工作。论文探讨了工程审计在不同阶段的工程造价控制过程中存在的问题,包括前期准备阶段、建造阶段以及竣工结算阶段,并提出了合理应用的相关措施。

In recent years, our country national economy construction has obtained rapid development, the overall level of construction industry also has very big enhancement, the market competition pressure also gradually increases. In order to improve their competitiveness and ensure the quality of construction projects, enterprises need to strengthen the project cost management work. This paper discusses the problems of engineering audit in different stage of engineering cost control, including preparation stage, construction stage and complementation stage,then puts forwad related measures for the suitable application.
