摘要
EPC总承包模式是我国当前阶段工程建设中应用较广泛的管理模式之一。论文介绍了EPC总承包模式的优势及工程造价管理的特点,并且对EPC总承包模式下的工程造价管理进行解析,提出了一些具体的EPC总承包模式下造价管理的措施。
EPC general contracting mode is one of widely used management modes in China＇s engineering construction at current stage. This paper introduces the advantages of EPC general contracting mode and the characteristics of engineering cost management, and analyzes the engineering cost management under the EPC general contracting, then puts forward the cost management measures under the EPC general contracting.
