建筑企业要想在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地,必须具有先进科学的管理方法,且要在方法上去创新和发展。如今全社会对环境保护越来越重视,强调绿色建筑和绿色施工,要在绿色施工管理理念的基础上进行建筑施工管理创新。论文分析建筑施工管理创新的必然性,介绍建筑施工管理的现状,提出基于绿色施工管理理念的建筑施工管理创新对策,以供参考。

The construction enterprises to be in an invincible position in the fierce competition, they must have advanced scientific management methods, and to innovate and develop the method. Now the whole society pay more and more attention to the environmental protection, emphasis on green building and green construction, we need to innovate building construction management based on the management concept of green construction. This paper analyzes the necessity of building construction management innovation, and introduces the situation of building construction management, and puts present the innovation strategies of building construction management based on the construction management concept of green construction, for reference.
