Construction Progress Management of Highway Project

随着公路建设的逐步规模化以及扩大化,在进行高速公路的建设过程中,进度管理的作用对于整个工程的建设来说起到了至关重要的作用,往往能够影响到建设工程的可持续发展。论文主要从当前高速公路建设的建设进度出发,从概念、方法以及措施等方面对其进行深入分析和研究,为我国高速公路的建设进度管理提供参考。

With the scale and gradually expanded of highway construction, in highway construction process, the role of schedule management for the construction of the whole project plays a vital role, often can affect the sustainable development of the construction project. In this paper,the author mainly from the construction progress of the current highway construction, from the aspects of concept, methods and measures to in-depth analyze and research, to provide reference for the construction progress management of highway project of China.
