建筑类GIS与BIM的融合应用研究

Research on the Fusion Application of Architecture GIS and BIM

随着现阶段经济的不断发展,城市建设的程度和规模均迅速提高。基于国家发展"智慧城市"的要求,城市在整体布局上已经有了很大程度的提升,对资源和信息化的使用程度都有很大的进步。论文简单介绍了GIS和BIM技术,分析BIM和GIS技术的特点及其应用,讨论BIM与GIS技术在城市建设之中的具体应用。

With the continuous development of economy, the degree and scale of urban construction have been improved rapidly. Base on the requirement of national ＂Wisdom City＂ development, the layout of the city on the whole have largely improved, the use of resources and information technology have great progress. This paper introduces the GIS and BIM technologies, and analyzes their characteristics and their application, discusses the specific application of BIM and GIS technologies in urban construction.
