摘要
通过对危险废物焚烧飞灰的成分分析,发现其铅元素的浸出毒性远远高于国家允许进入安全填埋场的浓度限值,随后利用单因素实验,确定硫酸作为浸取剂对焚烧飞灰中铅的回收效果最好,当其浓度为0.3 mol/L,浸取时间为120 min时,所得滤渣中铅的回收率可达90.96%。最后,利用碳酸铵对硫酸铅沉淀进行形态转化处理,研究表明,在优化条件下,硫酸铅转化为碳酸铅的比率可达99.68%。
Through analyzing the composition of hazardous waste incinerator fly ash,the results show that the leaching toxicity of lead is far higher than the concentration limits which is allowed into secure landfill,then the single factor experiments are used to define the sulfuric acid as leaching agent for recovering lead in the fly ash,and it is found that the recovery of lead could reach 90. 96% when its concentration is 0. 3 mol/L and leaching time is 120 min. Finally,the ammonia carbonate is used to transform sulfate into carbonate,the research shows conversion rate could reach 99. 68% under the optimized conditions.
