摘要
在互联网时代,微信公众平台的快速发展为高校图书馆的信息服务方式带来了机遇与挑战。本文在实际调研贵州省21所本科高校图书馆微信公众平台的建设现状的基础上,运用SWOT分析法对当前高校图书馆微信公众平台的运营从内部的优势和劣势,外部的机会与挑战四个方面深入分析,提出应以时代为契机,克服自身不足与外部挑战,发挥自身优势,增强服务意识,以用户为中心,创新服务方式,完善服务功能,提升运营力,利用好新媒体社交工具,使高校图书馆的信息服务深入用户中。
In the Internet age,the rapid development of the public platform of We Chat brings opportunities and challenges to the information service mode of university library. Based on the actual research on the construction of the public platform of We Chat in 21 university libraries in Guizhou,this paper uses SWOT analysis to analyze the current operation of the public platform of We Chat in university libraries from four aspects: internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and challenges,and proposes that libraries should take the era as an opportunity to overcome their own shortcomings and external challenges,play their own advantages,enhance service awareness,to the user as the center,innovate service mode,perfect the service function,improve operations,make good use of new social media tools,make the information service of university library go deep into users.
