摘要
本文通过对我国十余年来的图书馆服务理念进行梳理,探索了随着时代的发展不同阶段图书馆服务理念的变化规律。并指出高校图书馆要从服务观念、服务方式与服务对象三个方面实现服务创新,以用户为服务主体,增强技术资源与人才的储备发展,加强图书馆与服务对象的交流和互动,归根到底还是要革新服务理念,努力提升服务水平,才能更好的成为高校发展的推动器,也是未来图书馆发展的主要方向。
Through combing the concept of library service in China for more than a decade,this paper explores the changing law of library service concept in different stages with the development of the times. It also points out that the university library should realize the service innovation from three aspects: the concept of service,the mode of service and the object of service,and take the user as the main object to enhance the reserve development of technical resources and talents,and strengthen the communication and interaction between the library and the object of service. In a word,it is still necessary to reform the service concept and improve the service level so as to become the driving force of university development and the main direction of library development in the future.
