Effect of Dual Antiplatelet Therapy on Coagulation,Fibrinolysis and Platelets Function in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

摘要目的探究硫酸氢氯吡格雷与阿司匹林双联抗血小板治疗对冠心病患者凝血纤溶指标及血小板的影响。方法选取2015年3月至2017年3月在我院治疗冠心病患者120例,随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组常规药物治疗中加入阿司匹林治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予硫酸氢氯吡格雷治疗,疗程6个月,分别记录并比较2组治疗前、治疗后3个月、6个月凝血纤溶指标、血小板变化及不良反应。结果治疗前观察组与对照组患者PT、aPTT、纤维蛋白原(Fbg)及血小板无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组与对照组PT、aPTT上调(P<0.05),组间无统计学差异(P>0.05);两组血小板计数治疗后无统计学差异(P>0.05),但是观察组血小板凝集率降低优于对照组(P<0.05);两种患者不良反应无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论硫酸氢氯吡格雷与阿司匹林双联抗血小板治疗对冠心病优于单纯使用阿司匹林,安全性高。
