胜利油田绿色发展理念引领企业节能减排 被引量:3

摘要 针对企业节能减排的新要求,胜利油田以绿色发展理念为引领,强力打造高效生产的动力引擎。节能工作由降本增效向低碳引领发展转变,打造一体化节能低碳示范区,将碳排放总量和强度指标纳入风险管控绩效考核;针对低效淘汰用能设备,先后实施"能效倍增"项目72个累计建成年节能能力6.5万吨标煤、创效3.4亿元,能效倍增项目实行全流程项目化运作;围绕老油田如何降低生产能耗、提高开发效益,建立一体化能效提升示范区创新节能管理运行模式,三个项目已累计节电1100万千瓦时、增油3200吨、创效益1320万元;推行合同能源项目管理向社会借智借力,13个合同能源管理项目,实现社会融资2027万元,年节能1117吨标煤,合同期内油田分享效益2365万元。实践证明,这些措施见效显著。 In view of the new requirements of energy saving and emission reduction, Shengli Oilfield takes the concept of green development as the guide, and builds a powerful engine for efficient production. Such work by lowering the efficiency to lead the low-carbon development, to build the integration of energy-saving and low-carbon demonstration area, the total carbon emissions intensity and risk control indicators into the performance appraisal; for inefficient eliminated energy using equipment, energy efficiency multiplier has implemented 72 projects built up accumulative energy capacity of 65 thousand tons of standard coal, Chuangxiao 340 million yuan, the whole process of project operation doubling of energy efficiency projects; around the old oil field how to reduce production energy consumption, improve the development efficiency, establish energy efficiency integration demonstration area to enhance the innovation of energy-saving management mode, three projects have been accumulated saving 11 million kwh, increased 3200 tons of oil, a profit of 13 million 200 thousand yuan; the implementation of the contract energy management project to the society by leveraging intellectual, 13 contract energy management project, the realization of social financing 20 million 270 thousand yuan, annual saving 1117 tons of standard coal, contract period oil share benefits 23 million 650 thousand yuan. Practice has proved that these measures have achieved remarkable results.
