摘要
发展铁路现代物流,不仅是铁路运输企业全面走向市场的必由之路,也是铁路履行社会责任,降低全社会物流成本,更好地发挥铁路在综合交通体系中骨干作用的客观要求。对目前铁路发展现代物流的现状及存在问题进行分析,提出铁路向公铁竞争、黑白兼顾、做大白货市场转变的物流发展方向,从组建区域物流运营主体、提高铁路物流营销能力、提升"最后一公里"服务能力,以及打造铁路物流产品等方面,提出发展铁路现代物流的对策,推动铁路向现代物流发展。
Modern logistics, as the only way for the rail freight transport industry to embrace the market, helps the industry maintain its leading role in the transport system by fulfilling its social responsibilities and reducing logistics costs in the society as a whole. With an analysis of the challenges and opportunities faced by the industry, this paper has proposes a strategy for developing modern logistics that includes: competing with highway transport, balancing the transport of coal products and white goods, and tapping into the market of white goods transport. To push for the upgrades, this paper also outlines measures, such as establishing regional logistics operations, improving the marketing capacity of railway logistics, enhancing the service in the last kilometer, and developing diversified logistics products.
