移动健康技术在产后抑郁研究领域中的应用

Application of Mobile Health Technology in the Research of Postpartum Depression

目的分析国内外产后抑郁研究领域中有关移动健康技术应用的研究,为今后相关研究提供参考依据。方法以范围综述(scoping review)的思想为指导,计算机检索Pubmed、Web of science、PsycARTICLES、IEEE/IET Electronic Library、ACM Digital Library以及中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网和万方数据资源系统中有关产后抑郁移动健康技术的研究。根据纳入与排除标准进行文献筛选;对最终纳入文献中涉及的移动健康技术类别、功能及内容构建依据等进行汇总和分析。结果共纳入22篇文献,纳入文献中所使用的移动健康技术类别包括短信服务、电话交流、基于网站的在线干预、微信支持以及移动应用程序等;其功能包括有健康教育、同伴支持、心理治疗、产后抑郁(postpartum depression,PPD)筛查、PPD早期识别、预防自杀及辅助制定治疗决策等;移动应用程序内容的构建依据有各种心理学疗法、世界卫生组织或各国制定的相关指南及手册、相关文献和临床经验等。结论随着移动信息技术的发展,在PPD移动健康技术领域研究中,基于智能手机的移动应用程序或将成为新的研究趋势;此外,心理疗法与移动应用程序的融合有望为PPD相关人群提供便利、有效的帮助。

Objective To conduct a review on mobile health technology in postpartum depression with the concept of scoping review,in order to provide reference for further research.Methods Five English relevant databases（Pubmed,Web of Science,PsycARTICLES,IEEE/IET Electronic Library（IEL）,ACM Digital Library）and three Chinese databases,Chinese biomedical literature database（CBM）,Chinese national knowledge infrastructure（CNKI）and Wanfang database were included to retrieve literatures on mobile health technology in postpartum depression based on inclusion and exclusion criteria.The content involving mobile health technology studytype,function and content establishment were analyzed.Results Twenty-two literatures were included.The mobile health technologies used in the literature include short message service,telephone communication,web--based online intervention,WeChat support and mobile APP.The functions of health education,peer support,psychotherapy,postpartum depression screening,early identification of PPD,prevention of suicide and assisted decision-making were included.The formation of contents were based on various psychological therapy,related guidelines and manuals designed byin different countries and World Health Organization,related literature and clinical experience.Conclusion With the development of mobile information technology,smart phone-based mobile applications will become a new research trend in the field of postpartum depression.In addition,the integration of psychotherapy and mobile applications is expected to provide convenient and effective help for the people with postpartum depression.
