宫颈癌与NFκB、PI3K/AKT信号通路的研究进展被引量：10

摘要全世界范围内宫颈癌占女性癌症性疾病中的第2位,死亡率占第15位。由于筛查的普及和诊疗技术的提高,宫颈癌的死亡率大幅下降。目前较为公认的是人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)持续感染与宫颈癌发生密切相关,但其发病机制尚未明了,近期研究表明,3-磷酸肌醇激酶/丝氨酸苏氨酸蛋白激酶(PI3K/Akt)信号通路激活与宫颈癌耐药性相关,而核因子(NF)κB信号通路的上调与宫颈癌细胞的持续存续相关。本文复习近几年文献,重点对宫颈癌NFκB信号通路、PI3K/Akt信号通路及PI3K/Akt信号抑制剂的研究进展进行概述,以期为宫颈癌的发生机制和耐药性的解决办法提供线索。
