新建地方本科院校转型应用技术大学的实践研究——以宿迁学院为例

The Practical Research on the Transformation of Applied Technology Universities for New-built Local Undergraduate Colleges——Taking Suqian College as an Example

新建地方本科院校是高等教育大众化需求和社会对高等教育需要下的产物。本文以宿迁学院为例,对新建地方本科院校转型应用技术大学的路径进行研究和探索,从办学定位、专业设置、人才培养、师资队伍等方面进行探究,对宿迁学院向应用技术大学转型具有积极的理论指导作用,同时,可以供其他高校转型提供可借鉴的作用。

New-built local undergraduate colleges are the products of higher education popularization demand and society＇s need for higher education. Taking Suqian College as an example,we can research and explore on new-built local undergraduate colleges of applied technology in studying the path of colleges,from college localization,professional setting,personnel training,teaching staff. It has positive theoretical guidance for the transformation of Suqian College to the university of applied technology,at the same time,it has role transformation application of supplying other new-built local undergraduate colleges.
