轨道交通行业高职院人才培养国际化策略探讨——以南京铁道职业技术学院为例

Discussion on International Strategy of Talents Cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges in Rail Transit Industry——Take Nanjing Institute of Railway Technology as an Example

轨道交通行业高职院校不断发展高职教育并加强自身内涵建设,走上了人才培养的国际化道路。国家正在推行的"一带一路"战略又以铁路项目为先行推进海外合作,提升了轨道交通行业高职院校国际化人才培养的战略高度,为相关高职院校办学工作带来了发展契机,同时也对办学水平提出更高要求。在此背景下,分析了轨道交通行业高职院校国际化办学面临的机遇和挑战,并以南京铁道职业技术学院的实际做法为例展开了策略探讨。

The higher vocational colleges in rail transit industry constantly develop higher vocational education and strengthen their own connotation construction,walking on the international path of personnel training. The＂One Belt,One Road＂strategy conducted by the country also promotes overseas cooperation with railway projects as the first priority,enhances the strategic height of international personnel training,brings more opportunities and also puts more requirements to related higher vocational colleges. Under this background,this thesis analyzes the opportunities and challenges that the higher vocational colleges in rail transit industry confront and discusses the strategy with the example of Nanjing Institute of Railway Technology.
