论高职高专学生干部“三自”能力培养的制度建设研究

摘要 新时代提高高职院校学生干部的"自我教育、自我管理、自我服务"(简称"三自")能力,倡导学生干部在"三自"过程中提高本领,增强能力,提升综合素质,是高校大学生思想政治教育工作的重要议题。在对学生干部采取问卷调查和访谈基础上,以高职院校学生干部在"三自"过程中存在的问题为出发点,分析产生问题的主要原因,构建学生干部"三自"能力培养的制度体系,为学生干部的成长成才提供有效的制度保障和营造良好的校园文化环境。 In this new era,improve higher vocational college student cadre"self education,self management,self service",advocate the student cadre in the"Three Self"in the process of improving ability,strengthen ability,improve the comprehensive quality,which is an important issue of college students'ideological and political education work. On student cadres to take based on questionnaire and interview,in higher vocational college student cadre in the "Three Self"the problems existing in the process as a starting point,analyses the main reasons for the problems,and to build student cadre "Three Self"ability training system,for the growth of student cadre provide effective institutional guarantee and create a good campus culture environment.
