供给侧改革背景下高校大学生就业探究

Research on Higher College Student Employment in the Backgroud of Supply-side Reform

自1999年实行大学生扩招政策开始,让传统的教育结构和知识体系也发生了重要的变化。高校内大学生数量的增多,从各个方面为高校带来了一定的经济收益,可与此同时,大学生的就业工作也成为高校工作的一个难题。尽管国家高度重视毕业生的就业问题,但是结果还是不容乐观。目前,大学生就业难、难就业已成为高校工作中的重点问题。本文在研究成果的基础上,结合当今国内形势,以供给侧改革为背景,探索新时期高校大学生就业的途径。

Since 1999,because of college enrollment expansion,the structure of the traditional education and knowledge system has changed. The increasing number of college students in higher colleges brings certain economic benefits,but at the same time,the employment of college students has become a difficult problem in the work of the university. Although the country attaches great importance to graduates＇ employment problems,the results are not optimistic. At present,college students＇ employment is difficult. In this paper,on the basis of pre-research results,taking supply-side reform as the background,this paper combines with the current domestic situation to explore students＇ employment.
