建构人本化与科学化相结合的民办高校德育模式

高校阶段是学生世界观、人生观和价值观的逐渐形成阶段,在多元化思潮涌现的今天,大学生的价值观理念受到巨大冲击,一些西方不良思潮侵入大学生的思想中,与社会主义核心价值观相违背的理论著作、影视作品等潜移默化地改变着大学生们的思想观念。作为培养人才、教育大学生们成人成才的高校,必须自觉承担艰巨的社会责任和伟大的历史使命。党的十九大明确立德树人是教育的根本要务,民办高校要以育人为本、德育优先的理念为原则建构人本化和科学化相结合的德育模式。坚持人本化立德管理机制、科学化育人机制,营造人本化与科学化相结合的民办高校立德树人良好环境,构建具有自身特色的发展模式。

Higher college stage is a stage that the world outlook,life outlook and value gradually form for the students. With the diversification trend of today,the value concept of college students has huge impact,some western unhealthy thoughts enter the minds of college students with conflict with the socialist core value of theory books,television,films and other subtly are changing the ideology of college students. The communist party of China has clearly stated that it is the fundamental task of education. Private colleges should adhere to the principle of educating people and giving priority to moral education,and construct a moral education mode combining humanization and scientization. From the point of view of insisting on the humanized system of humanization,we can take the scientific education mechanism,optimize human-oriented and scientific-oriented concepts for private higher colleges to construct the development mode with its own characteristics.
