基于社会需求的创新型国际贸易人才培养模式研究

Research on the Training Model of Innovative International Trade Talents Based on Social Demand

近些年来,电子商务的发展颠覆了传统的商业经营模式,企业对国贸人才的素质也提出了更高的要求。文章通过实地调研,了解企业的用人需求,采用定性分析的方法分析国内高校在国贸人才培养方面存在的问题,从人才培养目标设置、课程设置、实践教学建设、"双师型"教师培养四个方面对创新国贸人才培养模式进行了研究。

In recent years,the development of electronic commerce has subverted the traditional business model,and the enterprises also put forward higher requirements for the quality of talents in China World Trade Center. Through the on-the-spot investigation,understand the needs of enterprises,using qualitative analysis methods to analysis the problems of the training of personnel in the China World Trade Center domestic universities,the talent training goal,curriculum and teaching practice,the construction of ＂Double Teachers＂training four aspects of innovative talents training mode of China World Trade Center.
