论自媒体环境下的自律和他律

Theory of the Media Environment of Self-discipline and Heteronomy

自媒体时代的到来使每个公民都有了自由发声的权利和机会,呈现出人人都拥有麦克风的新媒体传播环境。即自媒体的迅猛发展,改变了大众媒体高大上的形象,话语的传播也逐渐由"公共新闻"转化为"公民新闻"。每个人在互联网上都可以发表自己的见解,并且可以通过自媒体自由表达个人内心的声音。不过因为信息在传播过程中具有强烈的自主性和自由性,一些虚假信息,违规信息趁机扰乱社会秩序,给信息把关增加了难度。本文主要从网络自媒体入手,运用文献分析法,通过网络渠道进行相关资料的检索,探究自媒体时代的迅猛发展对信息自由传播方式的影响以及信息自由传播给自律行为带来的挑战,从而论述在自媒体长期发展过程中强化自律和他律的必要性。

Since the advent of the media era,every citizen has the right to speak freely and freely,presenting a new media communication environment in which everyone has a microphone. That is,the rapid development of the media has changed the image of the mass media,and the spread of discourse has gradually been transformed from ＂ public news into citizen news. Everyone can make their own opinions on the Internet and freely express their own inner voices through the media. However,because of the strong autonomy and freedom of information dissemination,some false information and irregular information took the opportunity to disturb the social order and made the information more difficult. This article mainly starts from the network from the media to explore the rapid development of the media from today,in the face of the negative effects of the problems caused by how to strengthen self-media self-discipline and discipline.
