在秘书人才的培养方面,单纯的注重秘书知识与技能的培养是不能完全满足职业需求的。因此,我们不仅应该重视对秘书工作的宏观把握,还应该重视对从事秘书工作的人的微观心理的研究。这样才能对秘书工作获取一种立体全面的认识,从而把握秘书活动整体规律,达到提升秘书的职业素养,提高培养质量的目的。

In the training of the secretarial talents,the cultivation of the knowledge and skills of the secretaries can not fully meet the needs of the profession. Therefore,we should not only pay attention to the macro grasp of the secretarial work,but also pay attention to the study of the micropsychology of the people who are engaged in the work of the secretarial work. Only in this way can we get a three-dimensional and comprehensive understanding of secretarial work,so as to grasp the overall rule of secretary activities,enhance the professionalism of secretaries and improve the quality of training.
