Constructing the International Innovation Center for Technological Industries is a spontaneous demand of Shenzhen. The paper summarizes the connotation, evolvement and components of International Innovation Center for Technological Industries, and analyzes the lessons and enlightenment from the Silicon Valley of the United States before proposing some suggestions for Shenzhen.
