基于SDN的光电混合数据中心流量调度方法 被引量:8

摘要 面对大量的东西向流量,过去采用的电域交换无法有效适应流量拥塞的问题,当前光电混合数据中心所采用的基于路径切换的光交换结构无法适应突发的实时流量。为此,在数据中心内采用快速可调波长激光器(TWC)和光波长路由器(AWGR)来适应流量模型,并基于软件定义网络(SDN)技术,采用统一的控制平面,感知全网状态信息,下发扩展的流表项动态实现流量的分类识别调度。结果表明,该设计方法能够有效改善数据中心网路拥塞的问题。 The electric switching adopted in the past cannot meet the demands of transporting large numbers of east-west flows and face the problems of traffic congestion. The present MEMS-based optical switches in data center(DC) also cannot adapt to highly bursty real-time traffic. This paper uses the tunable wavelength converters(TWC) and arrayed waveguide grating router(AWGR) to quickly adapt to changes of network traffic. Based on the software defined network(SDN) technology, a unified control plane is used to find out the whole network state information, and the extended flow table items are used to realize the classification, identification and scheduling of traffic. The results show that the design method can effectively improve the congestion performance of data center networks.
