摘要
产品的模块化设计可以提高产品开发效率,减少产品设计成本以及提高设计资源的利用率,能够以较高的产品品质响应市场和满足消费者的个性化需求。针对较大规模的DSM(设计结构矩阵)模型聚类问题,提出一种基于遗传算法的模块化方法。通过综合考虑零部件之间的功能结构关系,建立了产品结构DSM模型,以模块度为适应度函数,运用遗传算法计算出最佳聚类结果,实现了产品结构DSM模型聚类划分的智能化。以吸尘器产品结构聚类的例子,验证了该方法的可行性。
Product modular design can improve the efficiency of product development,reduce the cost of product design and improve design resource utilization,and keep the high quality of product to response market and meet the personalized needs of consumers. In order to solve the clustering problem of the large-scale Design Structure Matrix( DSM) model,a modular approach based on the genetic algorithm has been proposed. Firstly a product structural DSM model was built through comprehensively considering the functional and structural interaction between the product components. Secondly the modularity was designed for the fitness function. Lastly,the best clustering result was calculated by the genetic algorithm and the intelligent clustering partition of product structure's DSM model has been achieved. A clustering case on vacuum cleaner parts modular is examined to be feasible by the proposed method.
