摘要 应用RNG k-e湍流模型,对混流泵设计工况下的流场进行数值模拟,得到效率-流量曲线、扬程-流量曲线和功率-流量曲线,通过与实验数据对比,两者误差在2%以内,具有非常高的计算精度。计算结果表明:叶轮和导叶的压力面的压力均大于吸力面、叶片的压力分布由进口至出口逐渐增大,导叶压力由叶根至叶顶逐渐增大,通过对混流泵水动力性能曲线预测和内部流动分析,为混流泵的优化提供依据。 The flow field in a mixed-flow pump under the design working condition is simulated numerically with the RNG k-e turbulence model. The efficiency-flow curve,lift-flow curve and power-flow curve were extracted from the results,and numerical simulation was considered to have a very high accuracy after comparing the computing results with the test data whose error was less than2%. The computational results show that: The pressure on the pressure surface of both impeller and blade is big than the pressure on the suction surface,the pressure on the blade increases from the inlet to the outlet,and the pressure on the vane increases from the root to the tip,which provide the basis for optimization of mixed-flow pump through the dynamic performance curve forecast and internal flow analysis.
