Study on the Path of Innovating Management Model for Municipal Party Schools in the View of Modern Management Technology

创新党校管理模式是推进党校教育管理体系改革,提高党校教育水平和成效的重要途径。本文以现代管理技术为基础,在党校管理中引入现代管理技术相关理论,分析现代管理技术对创新党校管理模式的促进作用,论述传统党校管理模式中存在的问题,探索现代管理技术在创新党校管理模式中的实施路径。

The innovation of management model for party schools is an important way to promote the reform of education management system and to improve the level and effect of party school education. This paper points out the idea of introducing modern the related theory of modern management technology into party school management based on modern management technology, analyzes the promoting function of modern management technology for innovating management model for party school, discusses the problem existing in the traditional school management models, and explore the path of implementing modern management technology in the innovation of management model for party schools.
