大学英语教学复合型人才培养方式探析——以新建本科院校转型发展期为视野

The Training Model of Compound Talents in College English Teaching——In the View of the Transformation Development of Newly-built Undrgradate Colleges

对复合型人才的内涵与特征进行分析,对新建本科院校大学英语教学转型方向进行探究。基于大学英语实践教学的角度,从实现大学英语与专业课程的对接、创新课程改革、创新教学方式与方法以及构建形成性教学评价四个维度,提出了新建本科院校大学英语教学中复合型人才培养路径,并对具体的实践方法进行论述。实现从大学英语课程革新的角度来实现复合型人才培养的研究目的。

This paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the compound talents, and probes into the transformation direction of college English teaching in newly-established universities. Based on the viewpoint of teaching practice of college English, this paper puts forward the path of cultivating compound talents in the college English teaching in newly-built undergraduate colleges from the following four dimensions： implementing the docking between college English and specialized courses, innovating curriculum reform, innovating the teaching way and method as well as constructing formative teaching evaluation. This paper also discusses the specific practice methods to realize research purpose of cultivating compound talents from the perspective of innovating college English curriculum.
