Study on Causes of the Aid Mechanism for College Students' Entrepreneurship Psychological Barriers

针对大学生创业心理障碍援助机制的成因展开研究是非常必要的,其不仅能够丰富高校创业教育理论,还能够提升大学生的创业心理素质水平,优化高校大学生创业心理素质培养工作。从当前大学生创业过程中常见的心理障碍入手,深入分析其成因,总结构建大学生创业心理障碍援助机制的意义,并提出相应的构建路径。

It is very necessary to study the cause of the aid mechanism for college students＇ entrepreneurship psychological barriers, because it can not only enrich the theory of college entrepreneurship education but also enhance the level of college students＇ entrepreneurial psychological quality and optimize the work of cultivating college students＇ entrepreneurial psychological quality. Based on the current common psychological barriers in college students＇ entrepreneurial process, this paper makes on in-depth analysis of the causes, summarizes the significance of constructing aid mechanism for college students＇ entrepreneurship psychological barriers, and puts forward the corresponding constructing path.
