摘要 "互联网+"的出现,跨境电商快速发展,中外交际日益频繁。但由于主观思想、个人私隐、时间观念、对"礼"的不同理解等方面的原因,商务活动中跨文化交际冲突频繁,直接导致交易失败。跨文化冲突的表现多种多样,应有效提高学生的跨文化交际能力,推进高校电子商务人才的培养和电子商务活动的成功率,为我国经济提供强大的推动力。 With the emergence of "Internet +", cross-border e-commerce gets the rapidly developed and exchanges between China and foreign countries get increasingly frequent. However, due to the reasons of subjective thinking, personal privacy, time concept and different understandings to "propriety", the frequent cross-cultural communication conflicts in business activities directly leads to the failure of the transaction. Cross-cultural conflicts take on various forms, so we should effectively improve students' cross-cultural communication ability, promote the cultivation of electronic commerce talents and improve the success rate of electronic commerce activities so as to provide strong impetus to China's economy.
