摘要
足球运动员的核心体能是基于日常体能训练呈现出的特点而产生的一种更加细化的训练方法,主要目的是为了能够与核心力量明显区别开来,进一步强化足球运动员的身体素养训练,同时也能更好地方便教练员对其训练进行深入指导。对核心体能进行简单概述,说明核心体能与核心力量之间的内在关系,并通过有效协调肌肉群、增强肌肉敏感度、避免运动受损伤三方面论述核心体能训练的重要性,进而根据训练重点,对其训练方法进行了深入探讨。
Football players' physical stamina is a more detailed training method based on the characteristic displayed in daily physical training, and the main purpose is to be able to obviously distinguish it from the core strength, to further strengthen football players' physical quality training and better facilitate the coach to conduct in-depth guidance for players. This paper makes a simple overview of core physical stamina, explains the intrinsic relationship between it and core strength, and states its importance from the three aspects: effectively coordinating muscle groups, enhancing sensitivity of the muscle and avoiding damage, and then further discusses the training method according to focus of training.
