牡蛎肽-锌纳米粒对大鼠促锌吸收及抗氧化效果的研究 被引量:3

Effects of oyster peptide-zinc nanoparticles on promoting zinc absorption and antioxidant activity in rats

摘要 通过构造缺锌大鼠模型,研究牡蛎肽-锌纳米粒(OPZNPs)对缺锌大鼠的补锌及抗氧化效果。结果表明,经过4周的补锌,OPZNPs使缺锌大鼠的增重率、锌表观吸收率、血清、肝脏、股骨锌含量显著增加,同时显著降低丙二醛(MDA)含量,显著升高总抗氧化活性(T-AOC)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,补锌和增强机体抗氧化活性的效果显著优于硫酸锌。OPZNPs有望成为新型的补锌制剂。 Through constructing zinc deficiency rat model, the effects of oyster peptide-zinc nanoparticles(OPZNPs) on promoting zinc absorption and antioxidant activity in rats were investigated in this paper. After OPZNPs supplement for 4 weeks, OPZNPs made the rats' rate of body weight gain, apparent absorption rate of zinc, zinc content in serum, liver and femur all increase significantly. At the same time, the malondialdehyde(MDA) content decreased, total antioxidant activity(T-AOC) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity increased significantly in rat liver. The effects of OPZNPs on zinc supplementation and promoting antioxidant activity were significantly better than that of zinc sulfate. OPZNPs is expected to become the new type of zinc nutraceutical additive.
