摘要
研究富V_D酵母的食品安全毒理。依据GB 15193.1—2014《食品安全性毒理学评价程序》进行小鼠急性经口毒性试验、大鼠28 d经口毒性试验和Ames共3项试验。富V_D酵母对2种性别的SPF级昆明种小鼠急性经口毒性试验,累计3次灌胃剂量为18.0 g/kg BW,在观察期内动物未见明显中毒症状和死亡,MTD值大于18.0 g/kg BW,依据急性毒性分级评价标准规定,属无毒级;大鼠28d经口毒性试验结果表明:该受试物0.500、1.225、3.000 g/kg BW剂量(分别相当于推荐日摄入量5mg/kg BW的100.0、244.9、600.0倍)对Wistar大鼠的临床观察,血液学、血液生化学、脏器质量以及病理组织多样性指标均无明显影响,未发现该受试物有明显的毒性作用;Ames试验结果为阴性。富V_D酵母既无毒也无任何副作用。
The tests of acute toxicity, feeding for 28 days toxicity and Ames toxicity according to GB 15193.1—2014 《Appraisal Process of Toxicology of Food Safety》are carried out,to research the food safety toxicology of VD yeast. The tests of acute toxicity: There isn't evident poisoning symptom and there isn't any death for animals after the test period on the SPF young mouse of different sex from Kunming which have eaten VD yeast with 18.0 g/kg BW gavage three times, MTD is greater than 18.0 g/kg BW. The test substances belongs to no poisoning grade according to the stipulations for the grading of acute toxicity. The result of test on feeding for 28 days states that: there is no evident influence on hematology, biochemistry, the weight of visceral organ and pathological organization and there is no evident toxicity effect on test substances, after the clinic experiment on Wistar adult mouse for the dosage of 0.500, 1.225, 3.000 g/kg BW(which are 100.0, 244.9, 600.0 times separately of recommended absorption for 5 mg/kg BW a day), the results of test Ames were negative. There is neither poisoning nor side effect for VD yeast.
