摘要
采用反相悬浮乳化法制备改性壳聚糖复合微球,通过扫描电镜、X-衍射仪对其进行检测,结果表明该吸附剂粒径均匀流动性能良好。研究改性壳聚糖复合微球对黑米花青素吸附性能并与大孔树脂D101作比较,探究了pH、吸附时间等影响因素对吸附率的影响,并设计响应面进行优化。实验结果表明,当pH为6、温度40℃、时间6 h、吸附剂用量0.1 g、振荡速率100r/min,用75%的乙醇其解吸率可达85%左右;响应面优化条件为:温度为41.73℃、时间为6.04h、pH为5.88,在此条件下吸附率可达95.60%,这说明复合微球对花青素的吸附是可行的。
In this study, modified chitosan composite microspheres were prepared by reverse phase suspension emulsification method. The results of scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffractometer showed the uniform particle size of the micropheres and good mechanical properties. The effects of modified chitosan composite microspheres on the adsorption capacity of anthocyanin were studied and compared with that of macroporous resin D101. The effects of p H and adsorption time on the adsorption rate were investigated, and the optimized by response surface. The results showed that the desorption rate was 85% with the 75% ethanol under p H 6, 40 ℃ during 6 hours and the optimum conditions were as follows: p H 5.88, temperature 41.73 ℃, 6.04 h time, under this condition, the adsorption rate could reach 95.60%, indicating that the adsorption of anthocyanins was feasible.
