摘要
目的:采用离子色谱法对13个品种马铃薯块茎中的单糖组分及含量进行分析测定。方法:以Carbo Pac PA20(150 mm×3 mm)作为分离柱,用NaOH溶液作为淋洗液将6种单糖从分离柱上洗脱,淋洗液流速为0.4 mL/min。结果:阿拉伯糖、半乳糖、葡萄糖、木糖,果糖均能达到基线分离,各成分都有较宽的线性范围,含量的相对偏差(RSD<2.45%)及样品的回收率(93.6%~101.2%)也满足仪器的分析要求。结论:经分析,马铃薯块茎中最主要的单糖有葡萄糖和木糖,同时还有少量半乳糖、阿拉伯糖及果糖。
Objective: The content of reducing sugar and the components of 13 varieties of potato were determined by ion chromatography. Methods: CarboPac PA20(150 mm×3 mm) was used as the separation column. NaOH solution was used as eluent to separate 6 kinds of monosaccharides from the separation column, the eluent flow rate was 0.4 mL/min. Results: Arabia sugar, galactose, glucose, xylose, fructose could reach the baseline separation, each component had a wide linear range, reproducibility. Relative deviation of content(RSD2.45%) and the recovery rate(93.6.%-101.2%) of the instrument also met the analysis requirements. Conclusion: The main monosaccharide in potato tuber were glucose and xylose, and at the same time there was a small amount of galactose, glucose and fructose in potato tuber.
