摘要
过氧化二叔丁基作为自由基反应引发剂,使香茅醛产生的酰基自由基发生分子内加成反应生成消旋薄荷酮,收率为62.6%,同时会产生部分脱羰基的环化副产物;在同样的条件下,香茅醇的环化得到消旋薄荷醇及其异构体混合物和脱氢的系列衍生物。
Di-t-butyl peroxide as a free radical initiator,acyl radical formed by citronellal took place intramolecular addition reaction to yield racemic menthone,the yield is 62.8%.The cyclization product of decarbonylation was a by-product.Under the same conditions,citronellol formed the racemic menthol.Its isomers mixture and the related dehydrogenation derivatives.
