摘要
以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯(HFMA)、β-巯基乙醇(β-ME)、2-烯丙基醚-3-羟基丙烷-1-磺酸钠(UC-1)为原料合成聚合型乳化剂,进而以硅酸乙酯(TEOS)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、甲基丙烯酸环己酯(CHMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、2-(全氟辛基)乙基甲基丙烯酸酯(HDFDMA)为主要单体,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,通过乳液原位聚合法和半滴定法合成纳米SiO_2-含氟丙烯酸酯复合乳液。采用FT-IR、SEM、TG、水接触角仪等测试仪器对胶膜的结构、热稳定性和耐水性进行表征。结果表明:当乳化剂用量为5.5%,含氟单体用量为12%及纳米SiO_2用量为2.2%时,胶膜的综合性能最佳,此时胶膜水接触角为122.3°,吸水率为3.9%,其热失质量5%时的分解温度为302℃,与纯丙烯酸酯胶膜相比,表现出优异的疏水性和热稳定性。
A polymerization emulsifier was synthesized with isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), hexafluorobutyl methacrylate (HFMA), β-mercaptoethanol (t-ME), 2-allyl ether -3-hydroxypropane-1-sulfonate (UC-1 ) as raw materials. Subsequently, the efficient nano- SiO2 perfluoroaerylate composite emulsion was synthesized from tetraethoxysilane(TEOS) , butylacrylate ( BA ), methylmethacrylate ( MMA ), 2- ( perfluorooctyl ) ethylmethaerylate ( HDFD- MA), cyclohexyl methaerylate (CHMA) as main monomers and potassium prsulfate (KPS) as initiator via in-situ emulsion polymerization and semi-titration. The film structure, water resistance and thermal stability of the emulsion and film thereof were characterized respectively by FT-IR, SEM, TG and water contact angle tester. The results showed that when the amount of emulsifier was 5.5%, the amount of fluorinated monomer was 12% and the amount of nano- SiO2 was 2.2%, the film had the best comprehensive performance, moreover, the water contact angle was 122. 3°, and the water absorption was 3.9%, the heat decomposition temperature at 5% weight loss was 302 ℃. As compared with the pure acrylate film, it showed excellent hydrophobicity and thermal stability.
