摘要
通过建立实验方法证明了气泡对水性色浆的影响;通过加入消泡剂来提高分散效率和效果;比较了不同分散剂对分散体研磨效率、细度、黏度的影响,找出了适合于水性色浆制备过程的消泡剂为Foamic-024、Foamic-028、FOAMEX 810;为水性色浆制备工作提供了泡沫的控制解决方案。
The effects of foam on the waterborne pigment dispersion are studied and the addition of defoamer can improve the dispersing efficiency of the dispersion. In addition, the effects of different dispersants on grinding efficiency, fineness and viscosity of the dispersion have been analyzed. It is revealed that the suitable defoamers are Toynol Foamic-024, Foamic -028 and FOAMEX 810, which can provide a solution to foam control during the preparation of waterborne pigment dispersion.
