Impacts of Responsibility Ethics on the Healthy Development of Clinical Research

责任伦理已经成为一种新的道德思维,医学以生命为中心,为此,临床医学科研更应重视责任伦理。以责任伦理为视角,通过对临床医学科研全过程进行深入分析发现,责任伦理因研究人员科研价值观的扭曲而易被忽视,因相关知识储备不足而使研究设计不当,科研实施过程中监管不足,总结科研结论时因估计不足而随意延伸成果应用范围,导致科研成果的不当推广与应用。在责任伦理的指导下,研究者应当以正确价值观为出发点,树立责任伦理意识,储备充足的相关知识,提高自觉性,加强伦理规范的实践性,从而推动临床医学科研的健康发展。

The responsibility ethics has become a new moral thinking. Medical practice is based on protecting lives, so clinical research should also be paid more attention to responsibility ethies. With focus on the responsibility ethics and deep analysis of the whole process of clinical research, the authors argue that responsibility ethics is easily ignored due to distortion of scientific values, improper application of design for being lack of essential knowledge, poor practice and implementation with inadequate of supervision, and overestimated conclusions due to the optional extension of the limited results, which results in the improper application of research achievements. Therefore, following the guidance of responsibility ethics, the researchers should take the correet values as the starting point, establish the consciousness of responsibility ethics, master adequate knowledge, improve compliance, and strengthen the practice of ethics regulations, so as to promote the healthy development of clinical research.
