ASA处理对采后苹果霉心病控制及活性氧代谢的诱导 被引量:1

ASA treatment suppresses moldy-core decay and induces reactive oxygen metabolism in postharvest apple fruits

摘要 以"红富士"苹果为试材,研究2 mmol/L乙酰水杨酸(Acetylsalicylic acid,ASA)浸泡处理对损伤接种粉红单端孢(Trichothecium roseum)苹果果实霉心病的扩展及活性氧代谢的影响。结果表明,乙酰水杨酸处理可明显降低苹果果实采后发病率和病斑直径(p<0.05),提高果实过氧化氢(H_2O_2)累积和超氧阴离子(O_2^-·)的产生速率,增强果实中NADPH氧化酶(NOX)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)的活性,降低过过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性(p<0.05),增强果实的抗氧化系统活性,从而提高果实的采后抗病性和贮藏品质。 Apple fruit(Fuji)fruit was used as materials to study the effects of postharvest 2 mmol. L-1 of ASA treatment on lesion development inoculated with t. roseum and reactive oxygen metabolism. The results indicated that 2 mol. L-1 of ASA effectively inhibited lesion diameter and natural incidence development of apple fruit tissue inoculated with T.roseum increased during storage at room temperature (p 〈 0.05).The results also showed that ASA treatment promoted the hydrogen peroxide ( H2 02 ) content and O2-· production rate and enhanced the activities of NADPH oxidasc (NOX) , superoxide dismutase (SOD) , peroxidase(POD) while inhibited the eatalase (CAT)activity of apple (Fuji)fruit during late storage stage (p 〈 0.05 ), and improved the antioxidant system activity,then increased disease resistance and could maintain storage quality.
